Objective
This programme provides basic dental service to people diagnosed with dementia or Parkinson’s disease, and promotes their oral hygiene self care habits to maintain their physical skills and cognitive function.

Participants should fulfill all requirements below
Living in the community
Have own natural teeth
Evidence of dementia or Parkinson’s Disease
(Doctor’s letter/medication bag/eHealth drug record, etc.)

Applicable to Persons with Parkinson’s Disease

Escort service for out-patient visit and round-trip taxi fare subsidies
(At cost subsidy, maximum 2 round-trips with maximum $500 each)

The Loving Smiles Oral Health app is part and parcel of the Jockey Club Special Oral Health Programme sponsored by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust to provide a series of app functions to facilitate the monitoring of oral hygiene practice of the eligible programme participants in order to establish good toothbrushing habits.

▶ Most Important Feature:My Family Members (Cargivers' Participation)

Up to 5 caregivers can be registered as family members of the programme participant to operate his / her app account so that they will not be denied of the benefit from the app because of their dementia condition.

歡迎各社區/長者中心合作舉辦「智齒保健講座」,與長者及照顧者分享如何自我保持口腔健康,以預防及減慢腦退化症惡化,及減低患上口腔疾病的機會。
